I placed a order but I didnt get a ticket number?
Ticket numbers are only assigned once a raffle has completely sold out. Tickets numbers are then assigned in the order that the tickets were purchased. This system is done automatically so we are unable to tell you what your ticket number will be until all tickets are sold.

I checked out with Apple/Samsung/Android pay and it didnt ask me for my information?
When using one of these payment methods the system is provided the information linked to your payment account. The system is given your name, email, and phone number. If you need to make a change after a purchase use the chat with us feature in the bottom right of the screen.

What happens if a raffle isnt selling or has completely stalled out?
Our Terms & Conditions (Found Here)  lay out exactly what happens if a raffle slows down or stops completely. Our team meets frequently to review the raffles and their statuses.

What is the money used for?
Money that is made during our raffles goes to help support the South Zanesville Fire Department with their needs. This can include but is not limited to gear, equipment, pagers, radios, fire & ems apparatus, and much more.

Whats the difference between the South Zanesville Fire Department and the South Zanesville Volunteer Fire Department INC?
The South Zanesville Volunteer Fire Department INC. is a 501(c)(3) with the goal of helping financially support the South Zanesville Fire Department in their needs. The South Zanesville Volunteer Fire Department INC. (commonly referred to as "the club") is made up of a dedicated group of volunteers consisting of members of the South Zanesville Fire Department. The club and its associated fund raisers help raise money to buy needed items for the Fire Department when they don't have the funds or need extra assistance in securing funds for projects and equipment.

Do I have to pay taxes on the prizes I win?
Yes. For winnings of more the $599 we are required to have you fill out a IRS W9 form. If a prize is listed as we pay tax that is sales tax and not the taxes you would pay with the W9 form.
